Accommodating up to 200 guests, the Function Suite is a self-contained, air-conditioned suite with its own bar, full waiter service, stage for musicians and dance floor. The room overlooks the impressive Witney Lakes and guests may descend by the spiral staircase onto the private patio area to enjoy pre-meal aperitifs.
We particularly pride ourselves on offering the kind of personal service and presentation during your special occasion as we would in The Restaurant.
The Function Suite has wheelchair access via an elevator and plenty of car parking for guests.

* A 3 course meal consisting of 1 Starter, 1 Main and 1 Dessert with all your guests eating from the same menu. (Special diets such as vegetarian and allergies are catered for.)
** A 3 course meal offering a choice of 3 Starters, 3 Mains and 3 Desserts. Organisers will ask their guests to pre-order their meals 14 days in advance of the event and then arrange a table plan detailing where guests are seated and the menu choices they have selected.
*** Special Party Package:- Choose a set three course meal (+), a toast OR arrival drink, wine on the tables (++), colour co-ordinated helium balloons and room hire. A minimum of 80 guests. (+) Chosen from a specially selected menu option. (++) Equivalent of 2x 125ml glasses per guest. Please note that this offer is subject to availability and only offered on specific dates
