The Health Club - Gymnasium.

The Health Club split-level gym is bathed in natural light and you can enjoy views over the golf course and local landscape as you work out on the cardiovascular and weights machines.

On your first arrival at The Gym you will receive a tour of the equipment by one of our qualified instructors, followed by an optional fitness test. This test will provide a basis for the development of a tailored programme, designed to improve and maintain your fitness, well being and body awareness. These programmes can be adapted to suit any need be it sports specific, weight loss/gain, muscle building, core stability, flexibility or general maintenance.

Our gym includes:

  • Cardiovascular - Life fitness, Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Upright and recumbent cycles, Concept 2 rowers, Steppers and Cybex Arc trainers.
  • Full Range of Resistance kit
  • Free Weights - Dumbells up to 50kg (includes Bar bells and Weight Plates), Matted area, Benches available from decline through to upright.
  • Power Plate - Used to increase strength and flexibility, heightened muscle definition and tone, reduced cellulite and body fat in as little as 15 minutes, two or three times a week. View more features
  • Stretching Area - Medicine Balls, Balance discs and pads, Dyno bands, Ankle Weights and Stability balls.

Background music and flat screen entertainment which can be tuned into from the cardiovascular area. The gym atmosphere is casual, friendly and relaxed, not imposing or intimidating, and you'll find the gym is enjoyed by all ages and abilities.

Personal Trainers.

Personal training provides constant motivational assistance, a different tailored variety of exercises, one-to-one attention, a greater insight and understanding of why exercises are beneficial, ensures correct technique to attain maximum gain and both nutritional and lifestyle advice.
