The Meeting Rooms are purpose designed with a choice of 7 business suites. Accommodating from 2 - 200 conference delegates for training seminars, conferences, corporate hospitality, events, team building, corporate golf and private functions.

With an attractive lakeside setting we are situated on the edge of the market town of Witney, twelve miles west of Oxford and seven miles from Burford, ‘The Gateway to the Cotswolds’. We also provide a central location between the A40 and B4047 with easy access to major roads and the motorway network.

The Meeting Rooms are purpose-designed to the highest standards to maximise practicality, privacy, flexibility and comfort. All seven rooms have natural daylight, with the addition of self-controlled heating, air-conditioning and multi-level lighting.

Refreshment breaks are important to delegates and The Meeting Rooms pride themselves on their provision of first class service and cuisine, delivered on time to suit your meeting programme.

We offer a standard eight hour rate for ten delegates or more or room hire only for conference use. For that special corporate day we are flexible and can develop a tailor made package with additional extras.
